Base map features. County boundaries, Town and Range
lines, Sections, Roads, and Water features.
Easement Property: Based on the
property description, either a description based on the section or a metes and
bounds description.
Easement Benefited Property: Based on the description in the
legal document.
The Easement Route: This will be based on the description but
verified with a digital ortho photograph to find the actual location and path of
the road. (If it will be along existing roads.)
Letter Designations: A, B, C,
etc or POB, POT. What ever you prefer.
Final Product
The map will be emailed to you in digital format.
Your choice of either PDF, JPG or MS Word Doc.
A paper copy will then be mailed to you.
You choose the paper size letter or legal.
You may also choose to receive a copy of the map overlay on the digital ortho photo.
You get an accurate professional looking map to include in your
clients document.
